Synopsis: With
the Legend of the Quill fulfilled and the Great Mage once again shaping the form and future of the world, Sasharr and Kigäli prepare
to bring their sides to the battlefield and decide by sword whether
or not the West will keep its freedom.
Although Sasharr has the five monarchs of the Western Continent behind him, numbers do not always indicate a victor. Kigäli has managed to bring together some dangerous and deadly tools. Sasharr and his warriors will be hard-pressed to survive let alone prevail.
Will history look back and say that Bimear Sasharr stayed the hand of death, launching the western nations onto the world stage of politics and power? Or will Kigäli Ebärat be seen as the liberator, the man who restored his nation's honour, reinvigorated the declining economies of the East by bringing into the fold the wealth and industry of these five new tribute states?
The Battle of Heroes will determine which man is the hero and which the villain.
Notes: Book Two of The Prophet's Tale trilogy, an Ul-Zaorith novel.
